We purchased an outdoor kitchen several years ago and have really enjoyed it. The staff there has been great and their service has consistently been first class. If you are looking for a grill, fire pits, fireplaces, outdoor kitchen, or outdoor furniture you search should start and end at Southern Hearth and Patio!

LOVE my grill!!! I have now owned it for nine years. WoW time flies,the grill is very low maintenance and still works as great as the day it was delivered,thanks to the great staff for listening to my wants and needs when my wife and I came to your store to purchase our grill/My grill! It was a perfect match!

I cannot say enough to praise the owners and staff of Southern Hearth and Patio!!. What a knowledgable crew! They certainly know the products they sell and are happy and eager to share that knowledge with the customer. The showroom is beautiful and the products are top-notch!

The sales people do not know their product. I wanted a different brand than I was sold. I asked for optional duct and was told it could not be done. Upon my review of the manuals that came with the stove I found that both options could have been installed. Now I would have to tear into the walls to install the optional ducts that I asked for. They do not do a proper site survey and expect you to pay for anything they failed to include in their quote. After paying $450 for parts they said couldn't be used. We were credited that amount that wasn't enough to cover the offset flue pipe used. Their installing technician contacted the store for a final price. Two days later I received a call from the store stating I still owe $177.

LOVE MY WOODSTOVE!!!. We purchased a Pacific Energy Woodstove last year and it has been awesome. Our energy bill was drastically reduced thanks to using our stove. We have been busy splitting and stacking wood getting ready for next winter. The wood heat is so much warmer than a heat pump. We have a 2200 square foot cabin and the stove keeps us comfortable at around 65 degrees. At night we turn the damper all the way down and in the morning I start a new fire with the coals that remain. So far it was one of the best purchases we have made in a while. I wouldn't hesitate doing business with this company in the future. They are always there to answer a question and be of service. Thanks Clay and staff!

poor customer service. I have bought a complete unit from this place. It worked fine for the first cold season. Then the pilot light started to turn off. I called the place for service & the first open is more than 10 days ahead. They came & claimed the pilot needed maintenance even if it has not been more than a year since it was installed. The 2nd issue is they claim problem is on the down draft of the fire place. so the didn't honnor the warranty & i had to pay. 2 days later the same problem started again. I did everything like what the tech did when he came the first time, still not working. I called for service again I was told I have to wait 15 days for service & the clerk insisted that if they do the same thing again they would charge me again. So far, no fire place working after spending over eleven hundren dollars a year ago. what really surprised me the most is the 1st time i needed service from this place, it has been terrible. The 2nd time I called same issue it doesn't matter that They just work on this problem I still I have to wait 15 days. I called a different place & they will be here in 2 days to fix the problem. you guessed it, I will use someone else & don't have to wait 15 days.

Most highly trained staff I've ever met. After shopping for fireplaces for my new home, I was convinced I would buy from Lowes.

Then a friend recommeded Clay and his staff at Southern Hearth and Patio. He showed us all the newest technologies, helped us with our plans and even installed it for us. Their sevice was unbelievable from start to finnish, and what a showroom! We could tell they took pride in what they did and we are definitley customers for life!

Awesome new location. Wow! I fell in love with this store when they were on Gunbarrel . . . Finally got by to see the new showroom on Lee Highway and it blew me away! The furniture and grill selections must be at least 3 times what they were and top notch quality. The fireplace displays are beautiful and numerous. I really appreciated the friendly and helpful atmosphere. At no time have I ever felt rushed or that anyone was impatient with my many questions. And they always take the time to make sure I understand the pros and cons of all my options. Keep going, Southern Hearth - you're the best!
