Great salon. Great salon. I have been gong to Angelique for years. She does great color and cuts. I am always being complimented on my color and cut. She knows what my hair will and will not do and works with me on new styles.I have referred serveral people in the past and they are still customers. The staff at the Groove are all courteous and helpful.

great customer service,. I have gone there for years, the owners Angelique and Michelle are the best people ever. yeah there have been some odd stylists, but its a great place to be, everyone was friendly and out going. They always managed to make me feel my best. The wedding parties i have seen in there have been amazing. not to meniton prom day! wow. they do the makeup just right not to mention the styles are always the latest. they know which products you need and wont sell you something just to make a profit. i love going to the Groove. and i will continue for a long time. One of the best salons out there

The worst hair appointment in my lifetime (with Rita Smith).. A dissapointing experience. Appointment has been made in an advance for color & haircut. The hairdresser never had time to finish her job - she had another client coming in ( the person with no appointment who has just called while I was getting my highlihts). She washed my hair and left me to sit in the chair for a long time. When I came up to her to find out what is going on, I was told that she has no time to do my haircut or even to dry my hair.

The price was too high, and the level of service is very far from being good. Don't go there ladies.
