Good Japanese Restaurant. I've been to a lot of similar Japanese restaurants and I have to say that Shoguns is one of the best. Their prices are reasonable and food is delicious. We've been going to this restaurant for years, kids love theentertainment their chefs provide before cooking! BUT.....One time their chef was joggling spatulas and one flew into my daughter's food, rice went everywhere and ruined her Birthday outfit (yes, it was her birthday, she was turning 4) The chef apologized, but then I was appauled to see that they still charged us for the rice she did not get to eat, we spoke to a manager, he is a very nice guy, and he took her meal off the bill.

Another objection is plastic plates, this makes restaurant look cheap, plus plastic in those plates is harmful.

I can't say this is the best sushi I've ever had but.... the service was excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. I will cone back next time I'm in town.

LOVE THE SUSHI. I just love shogun, the sit down stuff is fun but their sushi is the best. And they have special sushi days when it is cheaper. :)

Never Again. Well the first time I tried to go here my baby was a little fussy and we were real hungry we waited 20 mins in lobby and no one would seat us. The next time we went we ordered carryout. It took them 45 mins to cook us steak with some rice and a order of sushi. Our steak was done before our sushi so needless to say our food was cold by the time we got to eat it . And when my husband asked about it he got an attitude from sushi chef. Almost like they were to busy we should of expected to have to wait that long . No apology, nothing. I think this is just how they think to do business well I wont be going back ever.
