place to avoid. I went here to relax and felt worst when i came out. To start off the lady named debbie was rude to me and my friends. My massage was a deep massage but it didn't feel light one.I asked the girl to go deeper and she refused. The therapist wasn't friendly at all and she cut my time short too. My friends weren't happy with their services either. We paid good money for nothing. I won't go there again.

Best Spa in Chattanooga. I am a spa junkie and the Chattanoogan does not fail. I love that fact that it's in a very nice hotel. It feels kind of secluded. I brought my mom there for her birthday and we both got the package deals with the lunch on the terrace and we felt sooooooooo pampered. Very nice retreat.

Best in Chattanooga. Friendly staff and excellent amenities are what persuaded me to go to the Chattanoogan Spa. I have had several massages and facials and all have been great! The in-door heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam and refreshment bar helped seal my loyalty.
