Are you JOKING?. First, I saw the reviews here and asked for the satff members listed when I stopped in. Apparently they are no longer employed there. Also, the staff that I spoke to were terribly ungroomed, sloppy and seemed uneducated on everything I was asking. One lady had tattooed make up that made her look like the joker. no way I would let these people touch me. I walked out. It seems very unprofessional and unorganized. Thats just from talking with the staff.
This place is GREAT now!!!!. You are speaking of the people that are no longer there!! As another post notes, they have reopened under new management & owners. It is a completely different environment now!!! You can go back now and trust that your service will be 100% to your standards. I was just there over the weekend and everyone is AWESOME...The young lady named Camillia really knows what she is doing....I trust her 100% with my hair!! I'll never let anyone else do my hair now that I am spoiled there!!!

Amazing Salon!. I've been going to this salon for a few years now and have never been happier with my service. I've always used one stylist- Noelle. She is the BEST! She can work with your hair like no other. My styles last and keep their shape longer then anyone else who has ever touched my hair. Noelle has worked extremely hard to build up her client base. For anyone who has been looking or searching for a permanent stylist who will take care of them, contact Lemon Drop!
One of the worst salon experiences I've ever had.. I hate having to write a bad review for anything, but I have to say that my experience at the Lemon Drop was definitely all bad. I am naturally a medium-dark brunette. I went to the Lemon Drop in Jan. of 2008 and had been getting my hair dyed platnium blonde since August 2007. I had been going to a different salon, but went to the Lemon Drop at that time to get my roots done because that salon I had been going to couldn't fit me in. The stylist was extremely nice, but the color came out AWFUL. For some reason, she wanted to try to lighten my hair without using bleach, even after I told her I'd used bleach at the other salon and was fine with her using it. And of course she couldn't get my dark hair to lighten all the way up to platnium without bleach. The worst part, however, was that she ended up darkening all of my hair to a light brown and used a RED rinse on my hair! It's now AUGUST and I am STILL trying to get the red tones out of my hair! I have no idea how "I just want my roots done to match my blonde hair" turned into my walking with a browny-red color. Even worse, when she realized that I didn't like the color, she told me to live with it for a week or so and if I still didn't like it to call her and she'd fix it for free. So I did, and I still didn't like it a week later and called her. Then she tells me that she can't fix it for free! She said she'd give me a small break in the price, but not free. I'm sorry, she knew I wasn't happy and that she'd done the exact opposite of what I'd wanted. Not very professional and definitely not the way to get repeat business.
Best all around salon I have found in Chattanooga!. I moved to Chattanooga 2 years ago and could not find a salon in town I enjoyed. Then I tried the Lemon Drop Salon because I had heard several good things about it. I went and LOVED it. I saw a girl named Jeana there and she did exactly what i wanted. Def. check this salon out!
