Cafe Francais is staffed only by the owner, who greets guests and prepares and serves the meal. The restaurant has only four tables, allowing for an intimate dining experience. When a reservation is made, the owner takes orders for dinner, allowing guests to choose from many French dishes, which are prepared when they arrive. Specialties of the house include escargot, chateau Brion, ratatouille. The owner also offers a seven-course French meal that features fresh in-season ingredients. Cafe Francais is open daily for lunch and dinner, except for Sundays when only brunch is served.…
