I have lost weight on all diet plans including this one. This was the first where I was never comfortable with the staff. The biggest hook is when they get you all signed-up and then they hawk their weight loss bars and get you to bank. What that means is you have to buy them in advance in order to get a price that isn't outrageous. I lost weight, but anyone would with the limited diet they put you on. They had me eating allot of protein (14-16 ozs.) and two of their diet bars a day. I found the plan to be very unbalanced. I might have stuck with it if the store manager wasn't so pushy, she just rubbed me the wrong way to the point I asked for a partial refund and stopped going. I did get a partial refund about 3 months later, but they still kept almost $300 of my money for the 1 month I was doing the program....an expensive one month and expensive lesson to learn. Another associate signed me up who I really liked, but she quit only a couple weeks after I joined. Of all the weight loss plans out there, put this one on the bottom of the list unless you have money to burn. PROS: no pros about LA Weight Loss CONS: expensive, you have to buy their food in advance
