Another Salon that will not listen.- Warning!. I asked for a few simple things to be done or not to be done when coloring and cutting my hair. I said, "I do not want it to be cut where it lays on top of my shoulders." My hair is natural curly so I like the length to pull it down below my "round face" shape or a pixie cut to get rid of the curls.Second, I want layers cut around the frame of my face.

And I get...... A cut that sits on my shoulders with no layers. It looked like a box. The color looks ok, but my hair feels burnt. It is terrible.

So a second stylist (owner) comes to "fix" what is an obvious disaster. She takes thinning scissors and cuts on my hair like crazy. (Mind you I have curly hair she is doing this dry and after it has been pulled straight).

As you can imagine, I am sick. I leave for a trip in two days, they didn't honor the coupon I cut out of the paper. So what am I left with is a $120.00 ponytail and hair fuzzy all over my head from the burnt chopped-up pieces I can't pull back.
