Will never rent from them again! They have terrible customer service and the manager is even worse. My grooms tux was too short and had a hole in it. Then, the manager said we supposedly altered the tux. FYI...I can't sew and who had time! Everyones tux looked bad. The shoes were all dirty as well. I would not recommend anyone renting from this "family owned business".

Repeat customer.. I have rented tuxedos from Eaves for 4 years. I am in concert band and need to have tuxedos for 3 performances every year. I love this place, they have in stock service and the manager Maggie keeps my measurements on file so all I have to do is call and even when I am in a pinch and strapped for time she and her staff still manage to pull it off and I look wonderful! I would like to add that I am also a bigger than normal guy and they still fit me great!

Bad PLACE FOR HIRE OR BUSINESS. "Having known someone who worked for this company for years, I can truthfully say that this is neither a good place to rent from or work for. They run on about five employees and underpay. Refuse to provide safety masks for fumes and routinely send out bad merchandise in order to make things "faster". If you value good company policy or even employee health issues, you will not rent from them."

Great prices, but you might get what you paid for.. Overall our experience with Eaves was good. They have outstanding prices. Their employees were curtious and friendly. My wife and I recommend Eaves, but with a warning. Half of the tuxes were either the wrong sizes or were missing things (a vest, or a shirt, or a pair of shoes). However, in each case they were able to correct the mistake within a few hours. All of our guys picked up their tuxes a day early, so all of the corrections were made in plenty of time for the wedding and photos the following day. For those involved it was an inconvenience, however they gave us two free tuxedos (out of 11) and their prices were nearly half of other tux rentals on that side of town. For the price, they were worth the effort. However, plan ahead for some possible inconveniences. If you do, you will get a great deal.

Avoid if you want your wedding party to match. Picked up tux on Friday for Saturday wedding but had to make 2 trips becasue it was not there when thay said it would be. On Saturday an hour before pictures found that the vest and tie had been left out (ticket on bag listed it). Called and asked to go to closest store for a replacement.

Raced to store to get and then went for pictures--found out they gave me the wrong color. At this point it was too late to do anything so we had to go with it. Eaves thought a $20 refund was enough to make up for a wedding and pictures that did not match.

If you want your wedding party to match, do not use Eaves!
