Bought a classic pinball machine from the 1980s from them. They were very professional and fixed the minor damage incurred from a 150 miles transport. Overall, when they were finished, the machine worked as if it were brand new. The technicians treated the machine like it was their own and they spent over an hour reviewing basic troubleshooting with me. They even gave me their personal cell phone numbers if I had any questions or problems. I will definitely buy another pinball machine from them.

Got the best deal in Chattanooga, checked the other stores and no one had the selection that Chattanooga Pinball had. Their staff was great and my arcade game is super cool. LOVE IT and cannot wait to buy another one from them. Keep up the good work Chattanooga Pinball guys

Taken for a ride. Paid $225 and still nothing was fixed. Im pretty sure if you cant figure out what is wrong with something after 3 hours at $75.00 an hour, you need to hang it up. Not to mention I was told I would have my transistor board back in a week, not 3 months. Sure wished I would have read all the problems this owner had before I called them. THUMBS DOWN

THANKS CHATTANOOGA PINBALL. My husbands birthday was coming up and had no ideal what to get this man who has everything. I ran across Chattanooga Pinball and ordered 5 old arcades and a pinball machine. I have never purchased anything off line and spending that kind of money was very nervous but Dale made it easy. My husbands games got here on time and in great shape. He was in heaven. Thanks Chattanooga Pinball and you have a customer for life.

Super Cool Pinball. Got my new pinball shipped just like I was told. I got a very good deal and I am very pleased. Everything was just like I was told it would be. Very good deal and will be dealing again.

Best Gift Ever. Got a great deal for Christmas and my husband loves it. He never expected getting a game from his youth. I could not of asked for a better company to deal with and Kevin was great. He helped me thru the whole thing. I cannot say enough about these guys they made my husbands Christmas.

SUPER COOL COMPANY LOVED THEM. Purchased 3 games off line from these guys and had them shipped and was very pleased. Could not of asked for a better experience. I do not know what problems these this guy had but I could not of asked for anything better. Chattanooga Pinball is tops in my book.

Don't buy from them if you don't want to be hustled!. Buyer beware: this business has cost me a tremendous amount of money by leading me to believe that the Ms. Pac Man game I was buying was worth the $1,700+ I paid for it. Bill is a nice guy, but he is long on promises and short on delivery. Don't buy from them unless you want your money taken away from you and given a sub-standard product that is not what you ordered.

I am disputing the charges they made to my bank account with my bank and have filed a complaint with the Chattanooga Better Business Bureau. If they provide a satisfactory resolution, I'll be more than happy to remove or amend my review. Until then, go elsewhere for your arcade needs. You'll be glad you did and save money too!

BEST COMPANY EVER. What a company, I have been buying arcades from everyone and have never seen a company that provided the service these guys do. The selection of games is huge and the workmanship in second to none. I would recommend Chattanooga Pinball to anyone and I have sent several people there. Great games and great company.
