Whole Hog Smoked to PERFECTION!. I am not an easy person to work for, however, Jade, Billy and the rest of the Lockhart's Team exceeded my every expectation. We had a Hawaiian Luau and they smoked a whole hog for our party and only the "bones were left." The food was great and service was supurb. We have already booked them for our 4th of July party in 07' Thanks again guys, you were great, good luck with your business.
