Horrible Service. Ordered Ribeye...was mostly fat, worst ever, not sure if they bought a special order for Valentines, because in the past they have been wonderful...The order was brought to us wrong, since they weren't serving bake potatoes for the Valentines Day weekend. we requested mash potatoes which we were told were available...when our meal made it to the table, it was a steak on top of some kind of sweet potatoes paste with onion crisp on top...when we questioned our order, he said "remember when I told you about the special menu for the weekend" really, did he just say that... I asked about the mash potatoes we ordered and he brought back one serving...hello their were two ordered requested...I didn't eat one bite of my steak, never once did he ask if there was an issue...although he would have had to be brain dead and not remember the past 30 minutes of our conversations... We also asked for our parking ticket to be validated, he took the ticket and brought what appeared to be another one to us...we tried leaving the parking garage only to see that it was never validated...same ticket, we had to pay the $5.00 for parking...worst night ever...We were sitted in a timely manner, since we had made reservations the week before, the young lady who took our drink order was friendly and informative...our drinks were as we ordered, and the salads were wonderful...Everything else as a bad movie from Dennys...$120.00 down the drain...Oh, our server was Eugene in case you feel adventurous! I am guess Ruth's Chris will be our only option going forward...I believe there were other reasons as well as to why we were treated the way we were...but that would be my opinion...but the way we were treated is a FACT...Oh, Happy Valentine's Day!
