Stay away! Their pricing is deceiving. An adult cut is advertised as 15.50, but when I went to pay it was 19.50. Apparently there is a long hair surcharge that is not listed anywhere in their advertising or on their pricing sheet. There was no manager present to assist with the problem and I was running late. I have never paid a long hair surcharge at similar places like great clips, haricuttery, supercuts etc. My haircut was also continually interrupted by the stylist leaving to assist people at the front of the store. Usually the stylists take turns so that one customer is not continually interrupted and delayed. You would be much better off going to one of the other chains.
