We owned a 2008 Maxima and we wanted to upgrade it for a never model. We were able to get a 2011 Maxima and our experience was very pleasant and we are very satisfied with our purchase.
It was a very pleasant experience. We had been looking at the Quest and preparing to go down to trade in our Murano and we received a call from our Salesman Gregg as a result of our online query. We made an appt to go see him that day and we were immediately greeted as we arrived at the lot. We were directed to Greg immediately who had prepared by bringing up a Quest that most closely matched the version we were looking at on line. Gregg was knowledgeable, very courteous and we enjoyed our transaction with him and with all the Mtn View Nissan people we came in contact with.
Excellent care as always from the gentleman in the service bay pull in to the wonderful lady at the check out counter--I especially like the window into the service bay where I can watch my car being serviced
I was referred by my brother who used
to work there. The service was great. We had a few problems later on, but they were worked out. Charlie and the staff in the service department were always polite, even when they damaged something and I got upset. I refer everyone there, and I even referred The Chattanooga Bike share people(Jeremy Pomp) there to purchase a cargo van. Which they did.
If I need a new Nissan, I will come there. They did replace an oil plug in my car and did not use the right one, and it leaks. They could use plumbing tape and I think it would do fine. i just can't afford right now to come and get it done, as I have been ill, and am a fixed income.

Could not have been any better. Met with Joel Fort and he went beyond his duty to please us in every way. A definite asset to your company. If we ever trade again, it will be with Mtn. View Nissan and Joel Fort.
Took way too much of my time. I was there over 2 hours for an oil change and tire patch and the location is not convenient for me. However, my service technician was very nice and apologetic. I probably wouldn't return but am forced to have at least one oil change at the dealership per year to maintain my warranty.
Service advisor was very helpful, quality of service was very good, price was very reasonable.
