Walked out after waiting forever. One person went shopping for shoes and another wad trying to control her daughter. Very unprofessional. Won't be back.

Tell them you're a first time customer. You get free upgrade to your haircut. I walked in and was getting my haircut in less than 10 minutes

Never go to this place. Second time in three stops that I had to walk out after waiting needlessly for over an hour. Stylists seem to prefer walking around an empty floor than to actually cut hair.
