Way too slow.
After a morning at the Aquarium...which was fabulous...Buffalo Wild Wings looked like the perfect choice. Close and new with lots of outside seating, it was both close and inviting.
The greeter was angry about something but we overlooked her "problems".
The server was pleasant and seemed to be efficient. The room was pleasantly full, not packed but high energy.
We placed our lunch order about ten minutes after one. Twenty minutes later we were looking at each other wondering if something had gone awry. Some of the food showed up about one forty and the rest of it at one fifty. The server was mildly apologetic. We heard nothing from the manager at all. It seems there are serious problems in the kitchen if they cannot handle a modest lunch crowd efficiently.
I tipped extra because I felt sorry for the server who was never going to turn this table. On the way out, we saw the people who came in right before us. The slowness in the kitchen seemed to have affected everyone.
We will find another place when we go back to Chattanooga.
