You won't be disappointed with Valu Plus Pawn #1 if you remember one thing: it's a pawn shop.

Valu Plus gives a fair amount for pawned items--more than most pawn shops do--and the pawn can be renewed by paying the "interest" on the loan by the due date. Valu Plus only accepts cash when redeeming or renewing pawned items.

For purchases of for-sale items in the shop, layaway is available. The items for sale range from new items to items that have been pawned and lost by the former owners; mostly the latter.

Buyers beware. Valu Plus lacks any grace whatsoever when it comes to returns. Buyers should be aware of and accept the fact that they are buying all items "as is" and that all sales are final. Attempts to return items under warranty for refund have not been met gracefully in the past by some customers. Customers who have become too insistent have encountered hostility and threats from the shop's employees and manager, according to some reviews.

Valu Pawn's hours are M-F, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed Sunday.
