Different Experience than Other Reviewer
by SNH
I don't normally write reviews but when I saw what another reviewer wrote, I just couldn't let his word stand on this group. I have taken our many four-legged family members over the years from the time they were puppies/kittens until we have had to put them down for old age or health issues. I had taken them when the offices were in an older building and they got so cramped it was wonderful to see them build and move into their new space now for a few years. Although I haven't always been pleased with the front desk support, I know the vets and the vet assistants are genuinely caring, compassionate and more importantly competent professionals. That truly is what's most important to me. Furthermore, I know I can gripe to the vets/office manager if I'm not happy with their services and the reviewer should have done so directly instead of hiding behind a review online. I plan to continue use this vet office into the future and you should too!
- Pros: Vets are Really Good at what they do--
- Cons: Front Desk Is Not Always Chaotic or Incompetent
Confusion, Attitude, Infection

I was receiving a low cost spay and neuter on two dogs one male one female. Obviously. So I didn't want to gripe...until now. The blonde at the desk that is only interested when her mind catches up half way through what need to be done should be let go or put behind the scenes. The surgeon that was to work on my dogs was not available. My male was sore for two weeks. My female is still suffering with infection issues. They are indoor dogs and either I am home or they are with a sitter. Solution. Why doesn't somebody open up something more centrally located, maybe 24 hours, maybe with a business manager?
- Pros: Nice building, more clientel than they can handle
- Cons: Blonde at the desk and complete caos at check in
