BUYER WATCH OUT!!. i HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH RUDE AND UGLY CUSTOMERS SERVICE!! BOUGHT A CAR AND IT BROKE DOWN AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD NOT HELP ME SO I HAD TO REPLACE COMPRESSOR AND IT COST 600.00. SHE TOLD ME I SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT A USED ONE, THAT WAS ALL SHE COULD SAY. THIS SET BACK PUT ME BEHIND A WEEK AND THEY DIDNT CARE AND CALLED ME CURSING ME AND TELLING ME THAT THEY WERE COMING FOR MY CAR. I UNDERSTAND I SHOULD HAVE HAD MONEY TO THEM BUT THE SET BACK WAS HARD FOR ME AND TOLD THEM THIS. I DO NOT THINK THAT ANYONE SHOULD EVER BE TREATED IN THIS MANNER! JUST BECAUSE WE HAVE BAD CREDIT DOESN'T MEAN YOU CAN TREAT US BADLY!! DON;T BOTHER GOING HERE I HAVE NEVER BEEN TALKED TO LIKE I THIS BY SOMEONE I GAVE MY BUSINESS TO!!!
Buyer Beware!!!. I bought a 2000 Chevy Venture from a car lot, Southside Auto Sales in Soddy Daisy, TN three weeks ago. The sales man told me it would be a great car for me and my 2 small children. The car broke down 4 days ago and a licensed mechanic has determined it has a blown motor and that they suspected an additive had been used to "patch" the engine to get it sold. I called the car lot to explain the situation to them. They immediately became defensive, told me the car was "AS IS", and there was nothing they could do. I asked them if it was their standard practice to take advantage of people and the owner told me that I was being rude and that they didn't have to tell me anything other than "AS IS" and that I drove it twice before I bought it and bought it anyways. I told him that I would spread the word about his horrible car lot and he called me a "Fat F***in' B***h" and hung up the phone. After googling this business I find that this IS their common practice and it's been happening for years. Why is this place still in business?
