Good Sized Portions and Great Happy Hour

Taco Mac is a keeper. I stubbled in after a long work day to find happy hour continued to 7pm. The beers available at the $2 price included some gems. I ordered chili and beef nachos and was pleasantly surpised by a heaping plate of food. I then noticed all serving were of a similiar size.
I plan on returning to Taco Mac. While I will not sample all 325 different beers, I may sample a dozen different brews I have wanted to try.
- Pros: Great Value, Good food and service
Not Mexican, but not bad.

Taco Mac is hardly a Mexican restaurant, it has some Southwestern style dishes, but nothing close to Mexican. I enjoy the food here though, don't get me wrong on that. My wife and I both have a few favorites which we munch down to accompany the extensive beer selection. The beer list is truly the heart of this place. There are TVs all over the place set to sports, which can be an attraction or a nuisance. I find Taco Mac to be much nicer for lunch than an evening meal.
- Pros: beer list, good value, sports on TV
- Cons: , sports on TV
