two bad experiences with new cook. since a new cook arrived I've had two negative experiences ... and now will not go back again. (1) ordered bbq plate twice ... heard scraping on the to go order (turned out to be burnt toast and cook was trying to take of the burnt layer.) (2) ordered a plate with smoked turkey, brisket, potato salad. easy enough ... got french fries, beef but not brisket and no toast. Then noticed the cook leaning out to watch my reaction as I noticeda and ate the food. Wierd behavior of the cook is spooky and my wife noticed it as well. Maybe it is just me, but two orders botched in a row does not deserve a third visit. Bring back the previous cook who was much better and didn't have an attitude.

Best BBQ Around. This was some of the best BBQ I have ever had. Do yourself a favor and stop in if you are in Chattanooga.

Best BBQ in town!. Their portions are big and they have the best banana pudding in town as well!

Best Sweet Tea Ever!. Looking for breakfast after a night on the town, a friend and I found this place (we're not from Chattanooga) and decided some pork sandwiches were in order. While the 'cue is definitely above average, I'd have to say the real attraction of this place is the fact that they have *perfected* the art of making sweet tea. I must've have four large glasses of this nectar of the gods and took a couple of gallons home for good measure. It didn't last long.
