... They appear two hours later with some food ... but an order missing. They have not refunded the $7 for the missing items.

My office is 4 blocks away. Ordered food for delivery 1 hour 30 min ago. Called twice. Both times said they were on their way... They still are not here. Won't bother to order from there again.
