Disaster Waiting. I have heard so many complaints of service and food quality that I will Not go here. There were the women from work who stopped in at 3am after a night out and waited 1 hour for their food-that is not the time to be kept waiting. I have a friend and her date who stopped in at 10pm for a late dinner and his burger bun was stale, his salad was brown and the list went on and on. For such a brand new beautiful place, this is killing the IHOP reputation and just insulting those who enter these doors. 2 thumbs down and a raspberry for you.

Delicious, but watch out for high fat!. Whole grain buckwheat pancakes are our favorite, but have been rated by Eat This not that, as highest fat healthiest pancakes in the country! Be careful! Ask for nutritional information before ballooning with high fat dishes! We will not eat here again.

The first International House of Pancakes opened in a suburb of Los Angeles in 1958 serving a menu of hearty breakfast favorites. Today the restaurant still serves its signature dishes like the original buttermilk pancakes and pigs in blankets: sausage links wrapped in hotcakes. Other breakfast items include waffles, omelets, French toast and crepes. Non-breakfast offerings include sandwiches, burgers, entree-sized salads, and dinners like T-bone steak, pot roast and herb-roasted chicken.
