THE RUDEST OWNER AT ANY STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN IN!

VERY UNFRIENDLY. We love browsing and finding great deals. My husband found 2 old dolls that were marked at $4.99, so we were happy to get such a great deal. We left them at the front while we shopped.

When I went to pay, the clerk said they had called the owner of the dolls, and they were not that price. She said he told her they WERE marked with a different tag.."not sure where it went".

It was embarrassing and felt like they were blaming us for the lack of tag. I told her that if she was implying we took the other tag off, we hadn't. Instead of assuring me they weren't thinking that, she just stared at me and said nothing.

VERY rude to suggest that we took off the tag when we absolutely did not!

I had heard they were unfriendly there, and sure enough, when we walked in, the owner was within 2 feet of us behind the counter and never said a word. Usually antique store owners are friendly...not here. I will not being going back there, and will tell friends not to. There are other nice stores in the same mall area and they are very nice and helpful.

Tip to owners: don't make your customers feel like common thieves.

Owner is rude and staff is very unfriendly!. Owner is rude and staff is very unfriendly, not what you would expect in an antique store in Chattanooga, Tn where southern hospitality is wonderful, very disappointed!! There are other shops in the same mall, visit them, they are super.
