East Ridge Village Apartments

one terrible neighbor. This is a terrible place to live. I have been here a few months and the neighbor in the building(4 apts to a building) has done nothing but cause trouble almost every night. He plays his music really loud at all hours of the night(everyone can hear)-even the buildings next to mine. We have all ask him to turn it down and he might for an hour then back it goes. We have complained to the landlord countless times and still nothing has been done. We have called the police 5 times already but with all the comotion at his door(401) he turns it down before the police get there. We are going to see what else can be done legally about this problem. Horrible landlord-does not care about his tendants-except maybe this non-working man who disturbs everyone else who works for a living.…
