Terrible. When we got there we were given a key--the wrong one. We managed to track someone down to get the right one, but that is the last time we saw anyone. There wasn't even anyone there to check us out. We never even got any breakfast--even thought there website promises breakfast. I guess I am just used to a B&B that has locals that can tell you all the best spots to check out and has a great morning breakfast. Very disappointed.

Best B&B deal in Chattanooga. My fiancee and I stayed at Lookout Lake Bed and Breakfast for our one-year anniversary on August 15, 2008. I've stayed in two other B&Bs in Chattanooga, and Lookout Lake is the best value I've found so far. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is welcoming, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was very romantic. We stayed in the queen sized room with a whirlpool tub. The tub was HUGE, and there were candles ready to light, which made the whole experience all the more romantic. There is a kitchenette downstairs with a fridge large enough to hold anything you would bring there.

If you are considering staying at a B&B in Chattanooga, Lookout Lake is the best value around!

A country atmosphere convenient to the city.. The Scene
This B&B sits on 55 serene acres a few miles from the foot of Lookout Mountain. The scenery here is phenomenal, brimming with flowers and wildlife. Binoculars are provided for your use, and bird watching may become your new favorite pastime.

The Details
Each of the eight rooms is individually furnished and includes cable TV, its own bathroom and lake views. Some feature fireplaces and whirlpools, and all have front porches and an outdoor deck or patio entrance. Breakfast is country-style. Think ham and eggs. Most guests come here to unwind--you can spend your days lazing at the edge of the lake, boating, fishing or biking the rural roadways. This place isn't too far away from it all, though. The sightseeing, dining and nightlife of Chattanooga are all close by.
