Eastside Utility. I agree about the poor customer service. Personnel are not very friendly when you call for information or they make you feel completely stupid for asking a simple question. In this day and time it seems to me that we should have the choice of more than one water company. This is what happens - poor service.

Poor cust service. Eastside will break something and not fix it... Don stafford should b fired and his house flooded and make him pay for it out of his own pocket. A little compassion for your customer would go a long way. I hope he has a car wreck on the way home today. when I move out of this house I will make sure I move to an area where eastside is not my water co.
