Disappointed in service and the food.. First car in line at the drive-through and it took 10 minutes to get one pound of beef brisket. When the young lady finally brought my food she was carrying two other full take-out bags, apparently taking the time to fill orders for the cars behind me instead of just handing me a pound of beef which was apparently in the fridge ready to go. Like the other reviewer commented, the brisket is very dry and my order was fridge-cold. Too bad i had already left a tip on the to-go ticket.
