I have been a client of HBI for several years now. I have always had a fabulous experience every time -from booking appointments to the variety of services they offer.

When i read these bad reviews I wonder if these people are gong to the SAME salon???

I cant imagine anyone who is unsatisfied with services or product of any business would not handle their concerns at the time of services ????? that is your right as a customer. And from my experience most professional businesses want you to be pleased and will make the best efforts to resolve and keep you as a customer.

I have to stand by HBI , they have always been courteous and professional. JUDGE FOR YOURSELF.

a waiting game

I will never every go to HBI again. Overbooked, the excuse is if an another client is late then you pay the price. Thank goodness that I left. I notice bad cuts and worst color. Why do so many go there, because they never been out of Chattanooga.

Hair Benders - The Michael Angelo of Beauty!

I have been going to Hair Benders forever. As a personal trainer i could trade out services and get my hair done for free but then i would not look as sassy.

.Kristin is the best of the best!!!!!

• Pros: impact with color, cutting-making an impression and styling-bringing it all together!!!
